Fitness Secret #3 - Get some exercise!!
Not really a secret is it

But where to begin?
The easiest and most low-impact exercise you can do right off the bat is walking.
It's free and humans have been doing it for thousands of years!!










Set a daily step goal and crush it!!
No, the weather is not always cooperative, but there are many places you can walk inside. Teachers can walk before or after school. Nurses can walk around the hospital. Heck you can go to Wal-Mart or Publix and get your steps !!
Your phone should track your steps if you have it set up correctly; however, I recommend getting a separate device like a FitBit or an Apple Watch.
These little devices come with an app that let your "Gamify" your fitness.
If you know me, you know I love fitness apps and devices that give you a goal to shoot for!!
So, don't sleep on walking!! 






However!!!!
Your body soon becomes accustomed to walking!! 








You will need to go above and beyond your step count!!

If you are not currently active....ANYTHING WILL BE AN IMPROVEMENT

If you are already exercising some and are getting burned out or tired of it.
Change it up somewhat.
