How to fit exercise into a busy work schedule
Do you keep a scheduler to keep track of your activities?
I use Google calendar.
Important activities can be scheduled so that you can get reminders and never miss another appointment or be caught unprepared for a meeting.
Is exercise an important activity for you?
If so (and it should be), do you schedule your exercise time on your calendar?
Make an appointment time with yourself...and keep it!!
Treat yourself at least as good as you treat others by keeping your appointments with yourself.
It's a form of self-respect that I think is lacking in a lot of busy parents.
