If you are in your 20's, 30s, or maybe 40's and trying to juggle your work schedule and kids activities and feel like there is just no time for working out or eating right and you just don't have any ME time. You crave comfort food just to push away the anxiety.
Anybody in that situation?
Well, I've been there and done that and lived to tell the tale. LOL
So, let me drop some nuggets on you...some do's and don'ts:

Enjoy each season of life as it comes. I know it seems like your situation will never change. But it will. And when it does, it changes forever. Your kids will never be small again. They will never be pre-teens again. Once high school is over, they will never be students there again. There's no going back. So, you might as well be happy in whatever of stage of life you find yourself.

Don't sacrifice so much of yourself that you are a physical, mental, and emotional train wreck. You won't do anyone any good if you are too feeble or sick to take care of yourself. Don't let that weight get out of control.

Carve out time for yourself to exercise. I have a group of ladies who meet at 5 AM three mornings a week. They leave their kids with their spouse and they get it done. So, no excuses from you, sir or ma'am. LOL

Don't try to do everything yourself. Get some help. A coach can help you set goals and prioritize your activities so that you hit what you aim at.
