One of the biggest barriers to fitness is time

When I worked with Martin at the tire store, we would tell people to make time for regular vehicle maintenance or else it would let them down in the most inconvenient and expensive way possible lol and I saw it happen many times.
Our bodies are like our cars and trucks.
They require regular maintenance.
Your body needs real food and exercise to keep it running right and trouble free for years.
You need adequate sleep, and water should be your primary beverage.
You can’t keep running that car without gas, oil changes, tires, and brakes.
You can’t keep running your body on fast food, sweet tea, and no exercise.
Eat salad for Pete’s sake lol. Take a walk. Lift some weights.
You will save time and money in the long run.
