What should I be eating?
Hey Plateau Busters!!
There has been some question about what foods fall under what macro categories!!
I have two things for you to look at.
There first is from Precision Nutrition. They break lots of food down into protein fat and carbs. And they tell you what you should be eating more of, some of, and less of. It's not a perfect list, but it's a start.

The second pic is waaaay simpler, and for some people, simpler is better, but just know that there are more foods on the "good" list that just these!!
