How does it work?

  1. Coach gives you access to your online platform.
  2. Client completes onboarding process.
  3. Based on Client needs discovered during onboarding, Coach and Client develop a plan to address Client needs.
  4. Potential obstacles and challenges are listed.
  5. Overcomes for those obstacles are incorporated into plan.
  6. Daily, Client logs into their personal home page for information, plan updates, inspiration, and communication.
  7. Daily, Client communicates with Coach regarding goals and progress.
  8. Weekly, Client checks-in with Coach via phone call or zoom to celebrate wins, evaluate progress, modify the plan, make decisions regarding the plan and progress.
  9. Every two weeks, Client measures and records progress through the online platform. This can be body measurements or another indicator such as energy levels or adherence to your exercise goals.
  10. Every two weeks, Client get a new skill to try and practice, or Coach and Client decide to continue with current skill.
  11. Every month, Client upload a photo as part of your progress tracking (This is optional.)
